Do I need a TRC to buy a project apartment?
The filed contract gate is a passport with a Vietnam entry stamp, or equivalent — not a TRC. A TRC can still matter for stay and tax abode. It is not this purchase cell.
Can I sign on a tourist visit?
If you are allowed to enter and you hold the stamp at contract time, the housing-law cell can open. Caps, 50-year term, and bank payment still apply. Tourist stay is not a land-plot product.
Does marriage change this stamp gate?
Marriage to a Vietnamese citizen living in Vietnam can widen ownership rights toward a Vietnamese citizen’s set. That is a different limb from the entry-stamp contract gate.
