ThonExpat is a decision aid. It shows dated legal parameters and estimates a tax position. It does not prepare returns, represent you before a tax authority, or give personalised professional advice.

In Australia, paid tax services generally require registration with the Tax Practitioners Board. In Vietnam, tax agency practice is a conditioned profession. We stay on the calculator side of that line — the same place bank calculators stand.

What the tools do

• The decision tool maps purpose → gates → pages. It does not invent a visa code.
• The tax calculator refuses when a required parameter is past its refresh window. Silence beats a confident wrong number.
• Fact pages show cells with source and check date. Empty fields stay empty until a primary source is filed.

Money

Pilot: a corridor desk for HR, relocation, and counsel (one-shot pair briefs and quarterly desk seats). No public price list. The public visa/tax pages stay free and uncrawled-paywalled.
