How facts work

Each cell is {v, src, chk, vol}. When a parameter ages past twice its SLA, the UI hides the number and the calculator refuses to compute — it will not quietly quote expired law.

• high volatility → 3 months
• medium → 6 months
• low → 24 months

Empty fields are omitted for guests. We would rather ship four sourced pages than thirty thin ones.
