What people actually do

Technical farm management, coffee / pepper / seafood processing QA, cold-chain and export trading houses. Plant roles share DNA with FDI and logistics. Owning a processing company is own a business / invest — not hộ, and not a freehold farm title product.

Labour stack

Foreign workers generally need a permit (yes). Positions: manager, executive, expert, technician. Expert and technician limbs on the work-permit page. ICT: prior 12 months months. Short install / train under 90 days days/year.

Stay LĐ, TRC capped at 2 years. Multi-province harvest / plant packages: People's Committee where the employer's head office is. Risk: forced exit or deportation.

Tax

Resident worldwide (yes). Non-resident employment flat 20%.
