No. Reissue does not reset the clock. You get a replacement card for the remaining term.
How long does a reissue take?
Three statutory processing days. That is not the 10-day issue clock and not the renewal window.
Is a reissue the same as the one allowed renewal?
No. Renewal may run once, close to expiry. Reissue is a damaged-or-lost card while the term is still running.
