Is DH a temporary residence path?

Yes. DH is on the TRC-eligible list under Luật Nhập cảnh Điều 36. The term band for DH (with LV / LS / ĐT2) is up to 5 years per card, subject to passport buffer.

Does a DH card enrol my child in a public school?

Common questions

Is DH a temporary residence path?

Yes. DH is on the TRC-eligible list under Luật Nhập cảnh Điều 36. The term band for DH (with LV / LS / ĐT2) is up to 5 years per card, subject to passport buffer.

Does a DH card enrol my child in a public school?

No automatic link. FDI / foreign-curriculum operator facts are filed. Full public enrolment playbooks for foreign children remain a published gap — see the schools page.
