Can I get a Vietnam expert work permit with one year of experience?
Only if the role is in a priority field recognised under NĐ 219 and the degree plus that year actually match the job. Otherwise the general expert bar (degree plus two years) still applies.
Does working at a tech company automatically count as a priority field?
No. The function has to be in the listed field. A sales or general-management seat in a tech firm is not the shortcut.
Is the one-year path easier on documents?
No. You submit less time, not weaker proof. Duty-to-duty mapping still decides the file.
