There is no national work-permit price on this site
In plain termsA work permit (WP) is a labour card. DOLISA is the provincial labour department that issues it. HĐND is the provincial people’s council that sets many administrative fees. A VND figure from a Facebook quote is not a statute cell.

Which cashier you are standing at
| Quote you heard | What it actually is | If you mix them |
|---|---|---|
| “The work permit is 1–4 million” | An agent or blog number. Not a national schedule on file here. | You budget a Hanoi rumour for a Bình Dương file. |
| Visa / TRC state fees | Immigration cashier. Filed on the agent page, not this labour fee. | You treat Thông tư 28 as the DOLISA receipt. |
| Provincial council resolution | The lawful source for this labour fee in that province. | You skip asking DOLISA and pay whoever invoices first. |
| Service / agency add-on | A private invoice. Not the council fee. | You call the add-on “the official fee.” |
Common wrong movesA missing VND line is a published gap, not a prompt to invent one.
- Pasting a 2022 blog table into an offer letter as “government cost.”
- Using Immigration Law visa fees as a proxy for the labour card.
- Asking this page for a single nationwide đồng figure we refuse to invent.
If you need a number for a budgetAsk the issuing DOLISA. Then file the permit.
- Confirm the provincial resolution that covers your filing office.
- Keep agency service fees on a separate line from the council fee.

Common questions
How many đồng is a Vietnam work permit?
This site does not file a national VND price. Decree 219 has no fee amounts. Provincial councils set the labour fee under the finance circulars on file.
Is the number on a visa-agent quote the work-permit fee?
Usually not. The visa-agent page files Immigration Law state fees. A work permit is a labour file filed with DOLISA. Those are different cashiers.
Can I pay a Hanoi rate in another province?
No. The fee follows the provincial council that covers the filing office. Do not copy a blog table from one city onto another.
