How much income do I need for Vietnam permanent residence?

No numeric income threshold appears in the immigration statute or TT 31 on file. We do not invent a dollar figure. A home-country note is still required.

Does my Vietnamese spouse file the PR dossier for me?

A family sponsor path exists. The dossier itself is filed by the foreigner in person — unlike a TRC, which the sponsor files.

Is a TT card already permanent residence?

No. TT is a family stay symbol that can lead to a temporary residence card. Permanent residence is a later card, with a continuous-stay clock and a decision window up to 6 months.
