Common questions

Can a foreigner work as a hairdresser or beautician in Vietnam?
Yes when a Vietnam salon, spa, or hotel employs you under the foreign-worker stack. You generally need a work permit unless a filed exemption fits. Beauty certificates are market credentials — not a visa.
Can I open my own salon as a foreigner?
