In plain termsWhen the Vietnam sponsor ends — job termination, company closure, divorce, or school withdrawal — the TRC (Temporary Residence Card) does not float independently. Sponsor notice duties and immigration coordination still run. Your card may still look valid while the underlying host relationship is already dead.
